Who We Are

Westralis Consulting is a Western Australian owned and operated consulting company providing professional services to the construction and consulting industries.

Westralis was created to provide professional services at a reasonable cost and to give back to the Western Australian community.  

We understand the need to support local companies and charity organisations.   We pledge a percentage of our profits each year to the following charity organisations:
  • Angel Flight
  • The Royal Flying Doctors Service
  • The WA Association for Mental Health
We have an extensive range of experience of leading large and technically complex projects for government and private clients.

We love what we do and it shows.  With more than 25 years of experience in our field, we know our industry like the back of our hands.  There’s no challenge too big or too small and we dedicate our utmost energy to every single project we take on.

Best Practice Project Management

Effective project management is fundamental to the success of any project.  Without it, projects run the risk of failing or not meeting your business' aspirations.  As projects become more complex, so do the associated risks.  Effective project management can not only mitigate these, but also realise new opportunities.
From the kick of meeting to final inspections I found that Robert managed his consultant team and stakeholders in general in an inclusive, open and professional manner, he showed clear dedication
to his client and the project whilst maintaining a fair and honest  relationship with us as the builder.

The project ran extremely smoothly despite some challenges experienced on site, I believe the approach taken by Robert to foster a team mentality for all parties was a major factor in the project’s
